Data Protection Act
CELRE subscribes fully to the principles embodied in Data Protection legislation. Specifically, all personal and corporate data collected is securely stored for the sole purpose of producing summary analysis relating to salaries, fringe benefits and other conditions of employment. No analysis is published that could lead to the identification of any employee or employer. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the data. No unnecessary data is collected or stored. Data is retained only for the period necessary for the production of trend analyses, after which it is deleted. CELRE will be happy to answer any questions relating to the security and confidentiality of salary survey data.
