Distribution Salary Survey

CELRE has been commissioned by a number of leading supermarkets, retailers and third-party logistics (3PL) companies to run a salary survey of distribution staff.

This survey, launched in 2007, covers Warehouse Staff and Driver pay rates with allowances. Annual salaries are provided for managerial staff and hourly rates for all other grades of staff (basic hourly rates as well as rates for Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday and Shift working).
