CELRE is pleased to announce the publication of the 20th Annual Voluntary Sector Salary Survey 2008. The 2008 Survey is based upon data provided by 162 organisations, employing more than 26,000 staff across 10 levels of responsibility.

This is the largest sample in the survey's history. By collecting individual data rather than average salaries and sample data, we are able to calculate labour turnover and movement in basic salaries and basic salaries plus bonus based on a matched samples. The report is structured as follows:

Commentary

Includes movement in basic salaries and basic salaries plus bonus figures (including predicted future increases), labour turnover, an analysis of additional payments (bonus payments and London allowance), and an analysis of recruitment and retention problems reported.

Employee Benefits

Pension plans, company cars and car allowances, annual leave, overtime, time of in lieu, working week, private medical insurance, salary reviews, employment conditions, employee benefits, employment measures, staff contracts, other sector comparisons (a comparison between data provided for this survey, and that given for our National Management Salary Survey - for certain levels of staff, and certain sizes of organisation).
